BluePhoneElite 2 does not enable Bluetooth phone services by default because some phones may react unexpectedly to certain services. Check your phone's compatibility on the web site before enabling any services: http://mirasoftware.com/BPE2
To add a Bluetooth phone...
- Choose Preferences... from the BluePhoneElite 2 menu and click on the Bluetooth Phones tab.
- Click the Add... button and select your phone.
If your phone runs a Symbian or Windows Mobile operating system, BluePhoneElite 2 will prompt you to install the BPEnabler. The BPEnabler adds compatibility for BluePhoneElite 2 features that are normally missing from these devices. Follow the onscreen instructions to install the BPEnabler on your phone. - Once BluePhoneElite 2 has successfully connected and identified your phone, it will test the services that your phone provides.
- When testing is complete, check the boxes next to the services you want to enable.
