1. Call buttons
The call window's buttons perform different functions depending on the state of the call.
- Ringing
- Ignore - silence the ringer and/or send the caller to voice mail
- Answer - accept the call
- Active
- Hold / Release - disconnect / reconnect the call's audio
- Hang-Up - end the call
- Ended
- Export... - open the export dialog
- Return Call... / Call Again... - open a new call to the caller
2. Call notes
Use the text field in the bottom of the call window to take notes on a call.
Notes are saved with the call and can be searched from the Call Center or exported.
